ADEPT

This study will investigate whether time-intensive CBT treatments are acceptable and feasible for prenatal women with anxiety disorders, compared to standard CBT.

Qualitative methods will be used to investigate the treatment experiences of women undergoing treatment in both trial arms, to improve understanding of experiences of having an anxiety disorder during pregnancy, experiences of treatment, and perceived benefits and limitations.

Interviews will be taking place three months post-partum so that the impact of treatment on coping with anxiety during the post-partum period can be explored.
