Consensus Building Methods
Consensus‑building methods bring together diverse perspectives to reach shared understanding and agreement. We use methods such as qualitative Delphi studies, co-design, stakeholder workshops, and facilitated co‑analysis to generate rich, contextualised insights into areas of convergence and divergence. Using qualitative methods reveals how people interpret evidence, negotiate priorities, and construct shared positions. This enables the development of consensus recommendations, frameworks, and priorities that are both methodologically robust and grounded in real‑world practice.
